Parlour allows you to create and manage services that clients can book directly through your profile. These will usually be the size of tattoo (e.g. palm sized) so a client knows how long an appointment to request. Services could also be specifically priced flash designs. Here’s how to set up your services: 1. Go to the Manage Services section on your dashboard. 2. Click Add Service and fill out the details: - Service Name: E.g., "Palm-Sized Tattoo" or "Flashbook Tiger." - Description: Provide details about what the service includes e.g. specific size in cm - Duration: Set the estimated time required for the service. - Price: Specify the cost of the service. N.B. No payment will be taken, the price i a guide you can leave blank. 4. Save your service, and it will appear on your booking profile for clients to select. You can edit or remove services at any time to keep your offerings up-to-date. There also some Suggested Services which you can add with one click. Once added, you can edit them accordingly.

1. Go to the Manage Availability section on your Dashboard (using the burger menu on mobile) 2. Set the days and times you’re available for bookings. These are global and not week specific. You can set lunch hours here by adding more than one timeframe e.g. 9-12 and 1-5 3. Save

We strongly recommend using Google Calendar as a third party calendar while we fully develop our own fully integrated solution (accounts.google.com/signup). It's free to use, and the most popular option used by clients. Sync your Parlour account with Google Calendar by clicking the Sync Google Calendar button on your Dashboard Profile page and logging into your Google account. Syncing ensures that any external appointments or personal commitments in your Google Calendar are considered when displaying your availability on Parlour. Click the Edit Profile button on your Dashboard Profile page, and follow the instructions to display your google calendar on your dashboard. This way you can see your agenda for the day / week / month.

Each artist on Parlour gets a personalised booking profile page where clients can view your work and request appointments. This page is also where your availability and booking services are displayed. Your unique URL follows this structure: https://www.parlour.tattoo/artists/instagramname To customize your page, use the Edit Profile button on the Dashboard Profile page. You can create a welcome message, upload portfolio images, update your bio, and set your availability. These updates automatically reflect on your public facing booking profile. Make sure to share your unique URL on social media and with clients to drive bookings! You can preview your booking page, and copy your unique link easily using the buttons on the Dashboard Profile page.

Your Artist Dashboard is the hub for everything to do with your profile and booking page. From here you can make all the changes to your profile, services, availability, and maange you booking calendar.
