Terms & Conditions

You Must be over the age of 18 by QLD Law and photo ID is required. I will not tattoo ANYBODY under the age of 18 with or without parent supervision so please do not ask.

Location:

I am located at shop 6/190 Varsity Parade, Varsity lakes  on the Gold Coast, Australia 


Design:

As I am extremely busy and spend the majority of my time tattooing. Your artwork/design will be ready on the day and any changes or additions you need to make can be done on the day. I will contact you prior if needed. I understand that you are eager to see progress and discuss ideas however once your initial consult or email has been done I ask that you let me contact you, if need be, as I have limited time and a large amount of inquiries/draw ups to attend to. You will not be forgotten and your design will be done, but by time of your appointment.


Alternatively if you wish to add extra reference and ideas please log in to your parlour profile and do so via the booking. 


Deposit:

You MUST pay a deposit when you're making your booking, Once you have placed a booking, you will receive a request for the payment to be made and then your booking will be confirmed. You will be asked to pay a $4oo deposit + a $15.49 admin fee for a full day booking and a 30% deposit + a $15.49 admin fee on all other bookings. Deposits are non refundable however they are transferable as long as the correct notice is given. 


Prices:

I do a full day sitting for $1200 which is from 10am-6pm .. depending on size, detail, colour, and how you sit, the time it takes to tattoo will vary. I can also quote per piece. Prices depend on size, design, location etc  

Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable but if you decide to reschedule i can move it over to your rescheduled booking as long as you give me a minimum of 1 week notice. You will only be rescheduled once, unless you have extremely important circumstances.

This is the first thing the artist will see when your booking is submitted eg. "Full Samurai Back Piece".

This is to provide an indication of the size of the tattoo to the artist.

Please add as much of a description as possible here so the artist knows exactly what you want or alternatively, let the artist know that you trust their creative judgement in the theme you have chosen.

The artist needs to know exactly where on your body so be very descriptive . Eg. "Inner Left forearm" or "Right leg front thigh".

Be sure to add notes to each photo so the artist knows exactly what part of the picture you want them to be referencing from and why.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you attach a picture of the area where you want your tattoo; making sure that the camera is parallel (straight on) to the body part. this will need to be taken by someone else to show the full area without being distorted or stretched.
